The family-run AktiVital Hotel (non-smoking) offers numerous health and prevention programmes for sustainable well-being and dining options with excellent value for money. The hotel is connected to the Specialized Clinic St. Lukas for psychosomatics and psychiatry.

In the hilly landscape of the idyllic Rottal in the Bavarian Spa Triangle lies the spa and health resort Bad Griesbach. Sodium hydrogen carbonate chloride spring with high fluoride content. The hotel is located at the foot of the slightly elevated old town of Bad Griesbach.

we were able to relax in the very nice hotel with extremely friendly and dedicated staff. we enjoyed the great cuisine and the rich program of activities was varied and professional.

We tried an alkaline fasting week for the first time, not that we needed it, but simply to test how the body reacts. High praise to the kitchen, excellent food, also visually very finely prepared and sufficient if you get involved in alkaline diet. The chef and the staff respond individually to requests and special requirements. Great sports facilities, with very nice "drivers", nice large rooms, especially the junior suite for us. The swimming pool is a bit small for swimming, but ok, sauna area is ok. Staff very nice and helpful All in all, a successful week. 👍
