Ayurveda is a holistic life concept that teaches the preservation of health, vitality, and joy of life. Key components include special massage and cleansing techniques, a balanced dietary theory, yoga, and meditation.

Panchakarma refers to the five pillars of Ayurvedic detoxification techniques. These are applied during a therapy programme that should last at least 14 days. The Panchakarma therapy at TOMESA is not merely a wellness programme but an intensive treatment regimen from classical Ayurveda with a holistic approach to physical and psychological ailments.
It initiates cleansing processes in the gross and subtle body (Anamaya, Pranamaya, and Manomaya Kosha), allowing not only toxins and metabolic waste to be eliminated but also bringing emotional wounds and past experiences to light.

The Panchakarma Therapy
Preparation: Through Ayurvedic techniques such as oil massages, sweating therapies, a special diet, and the intake of Ghee, toxins are released from the tissues. Main treatment: The therapists, trained in India and Sri Lanka, select from the above-mentioned five pillars of the Panchakarma therapy, based on your constitution (Dosha), age, digestive fire (Agni), and individual imbalances the appropriate therapies. 1) Virecana - Purgation using plants 2) Asthapana Vasti - Enemas with medicinal decoctions 3) Anuvasana Vasti - Enemas with medicinal oils 4) Nasya - Administration of medications through the nose 5) Vamana - Stomach cleansing (vomiting) with plants.
Post-treatment: After the detoxification phase, the body rebuilding phase follows to stabilize and realign it. During this time, resilience, mental clarity, and awareness for a healthier lifestyle improve.
